中医治疗腰椎压缩性骨折家庭病床46例报导

Report on 46 Cases of Patients of Lumbar Fracture through Family Hospital Bed by Chinese Medicine Treatment

腰椎压缩性骨折较为常见的脊柱骨折，需要较长时间的卧床休息，为了提高疗效对本病如何施治，可以尽量做到“三少”，即“病人少受罪，家人少受累，而又能少花医药费”。笔者从1996年至2004年建家庭病床的形式，对46例腰椎压缩性骨折的病人以中药、针灸加体疗等法治疗，取得了较为满意的疗效。

Lumbar fracture is a common kind of spine fracture whose patients need long time rests on bed. In order to raise the efficiency of its treatment and achieve the goal of ＂less pain, less burden and less spending＂, the writer used the form of family hospital bed to treat 46 cases of patients suffering from lumbar fracture by Chinese medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion and exercises during the period of 1996 and 2004, and satisfying treatment effectiveness is achieved finally.
