国内劳动力市场研究现状分析及几点建议

An Analysis on Current Situation of Research on Domestic Labor Market and Some Suggestions

国内理论界对我国劳动力市场的研究仍过多地集中在由传统计划体制和二元结构造成的市场分割现象分析上，而缺乏基于对劳动力市场交易的个体差异的劳动力产权地位和结构的理论探讨。本文在分析国内劳动力市场研究现状的基础上，提出了几个新的研究角度供理论界参考。

In study of labor market of our country, the domestic theorists have focused too much on the analysis on the market division as a result of the traditional planned system and the dual economy, while lacking theoretical exploration of the status and structure of labor property rights based on the indi- vidual differences in the transaction in labor market. This paper, on the basis of an analysis on the current situation of research on domestic labor market, raises some new research points of view for the theorists to refer to.
