子宫静脉内平滑肌瘤病2例及文献复习

Intravenous leiomyomatosis of the uterus： A report of 2 cases and review of the liferafure Cases and Review of the Literatures

目的 报道2例子宫静脉内平滑肌瘤，并探讨临床特点和诊治方法。方法 分析2例临床资料，并复习相关文献。结果 2例均一期成功切除肿瘤，1例术前明确诊断，另一例术中偶然发现右卵巢内蚯蚓样肿瘤。结论 本病易被忽视．应注重术前检查及术中探查，依靠彻底性手术治疗；本病易复发，建议术后长期随访。

Objective To report 2 cases of intravenous leiomyomatosis （IVL） of the uterus and to study the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 2 cases with IVL was studied, and related literatures were reviewed. Results The intravenous leiomyoma of 2 cases were successfully removed by means of one-stage procedure. In one case, IVL was diagnosed before operation was performed .In the other case, wormlike tumor was found in the right ovarian vein by accident. Conclusions IVL is always overlooked, so it is quite important to pay more attention to preoperative examination and intraoperative exploration. The choice of the treatment for this disease is the total resection. A long- term follow-up is recommended since the disease demonstrates a tendency to recur.
