心肌挫伤诊治体会（附30例报告）

Diagnosis and treatment of myocardial contusion（Report of 30 cases）

目的 探讨心肌挫伤的诊断和治疗方法，提高诊治水平。方法 对2007年2月。2007年10月重庆市急救医疗中心心胸外科收治的30例重度心肌挫伤资料进行回顾性分析。结果 18例超声检查明确心肌挫伤，并与心肌酶学和心肌蛋白检查呈正相关．12例超声检查不明确而心肌酶学和心肌蛋白检查明确心肌挫伤。所有病例均经保守治疗治愈。结论 心肌挫伤重在早期及时诊断．保守治疗是重要的治疗方法，必要时手术探查。

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of myocardial contusion and improve the diagnostic and therapeutic level. Methods The medical records of 30 cases of severe myocardial contusion from Feb 2007 to Oct 2007 in Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Chongqing Emergency Medical Center, were retrospectively analyzed. Results The sonourethrographic findings to diagnose myocardial contusion were the same with myocardial markers findings in 18 cases, 12 cases with myocardial contusion were diagnosed by myocardial markers instead of sonourethrography.All the cases were cured after expectant treatment. Conclusion It is very important to detect out myocardial contusion at the early phase, and the conservative treatment is the main method and operations research can be carried out if necessary.
