丹红注射液治疗急性高血压性脑出血50例

50 Cases with Danhong Injection on Acute Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨丹红注射液对急性高血压性脑出血患者的治疗效果。方法将50例急性脑出血患者随机分为两组，对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液。结果治疗组治愈率和好转率均较对照组明显提高（P〈0．01）；主要并发症的发生率治疗组低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论丹红注射液治疗急性期高血压性脑出血效果优于常规治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect of Danhong injection on acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 50 cases of acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups. The reference group was treated with conventional therapy, whereas the therapeutic group was treated with danhong injection in addition to conventional therapy. Results compared with the reference group, the recovery rate and the improvement rate of the therapeutic group increased obviously. And the incidence rate of main complications of the therapeutic group was lower than that of the reference group （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion the effect of curing acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with a conventional treatment plus danhong injection is better than that of conventional therapy.
