乙型肝炎一号治疗慢性乙型肝炎40例

Observation on Therapeutic effect of Hepatitis B-1 in the Treatment of Chronic type B Hepatitis

目的比较乙犁肝炎一号与联苯双酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的疗效。方法将80例乙型肝炎患者随机分成两组，治疗组40例，给予乙型肝炎一号治疗，1剂／d、分两次口服；对照组40例，服用联苯双酯15mg／次、3次，d，疗程均为4周。结果治疗组基本痊愈26例、显著好转11例，总有效率为92．5％；对照组基本痊愈18例、显著好转8例，总有效率为65．0％。结论乙型肝炎一号治疗慢性乙型肝炎有效。

Objective To compare the curative effect of Hepatitis B-Ⅰ with Bifendate in the treatment of Chronic type B Hepatitis. Methods 80 patients with chronic type B Hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients of the treatment group were given Hepatitis B-1, and 40 patients of the control group were given Bifendate, 15mg/pill, three pills a day.The course of treatment in both groups lasted for 4 weeks. Results The curative effect in the treatment group was much better than the contrast group. Conclusion Hepatitis B- 1 is effective in the treatment of chronic type B Hepatitis.
