柴金脘腹平丸治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究

Clinical Study on Chaijin Wanfuping Pill in the treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的研究柴金脘腹平丸对功能性消化不良的作用机制和疗效。方法治疗组以柴金脘腹平丸治疗；对照组以莫沙比利治疗，疗程均为6周，分别观察临床疗效、症状积分及血浆胃动素水平。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为95．00％和76．56％，两组疗效比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论柴金脘腹平丸能有效治疗功能性消化不良，可能与其提高血浆胃动素水平、调节胃肠运动有关。

Objective To study the mechanism and effect of Chaijin Wanfuping pill on functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods The treatment group was given Chaijin Wanfuping pill, and the control group was treated with mosapride. The course was 6 weeks. Such indexes as therapeutic effects, integral calculus of the symptoms, and plasma motilin were observed. Results the total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 95 % and 76.56 % respectively. The therapeutic effects between two groups had marked difference （P〈0.05）. The improving rate of the symptoms in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, the level of motilin in the treatment group markedly elevated after the treatments（P（0.05）. Condusions Chaijin Wanfuping pill had good effects on functional dyspepsia, which is related to the function of increasing plasma motilin and regulating gastrointestinal movement.
