菁华风湿伤痛膏的制备与临床应用

Preparation and Clinical Application of Jinghua Rheumatoid Pain Piaster

目的建立制备菁华风湿伤痛膏的质量控制标准，并观察其临床疗效。方法将药材按比例制备成膏剂，并观察临床应用效果。结果治疗组38例，总有效率为94．7％；对照组30例，总有效率为63.3％。结论：菁华风湿伤痛膏制备方法合理简单，临床疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Objective To prepare Jinghua rheumatoid pain plaster, establish the quality control standard, and observe its clinical curative effect. Methods Make the Chinese herbs into plaster in proportion, and observer the clinical effects. Results The teatment group contains 38 patients, and the total efficiency is 94.7%; the reference group is 30 patients, and the total efficiency is 63.3%. Conclusions The preparative processes of Jinghua rheumatoid pain plasters are reasonable and simple, and its clinical curative effect is remarkable, so it is worth of clinical spread.
