腰俞八阵透八髎治疗前列腺增生症120例

Clinical Analysis on Treatment of 120 Cases of Hyperplasia of Prostate Gland by Acupuncturing Bazhen （八阵） to Baliao （八髎）

目的观察中医腰俞八阵透八髎治疗前列腺增生症临床疗效。方法将120例作为治疗组，同期口服药物前列康的85例作为对照组。结果治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为82．5％和67．1％。结论腰俞八阵穴透八髎治疗前列腺增生症较口服药物疗效更好。

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperplasia of prostate gland treated by acupuncturing bazhen to baliao. Methods 205 patients with hyperplasia of prostate gland were randomly divided into the therapeutic group（n= 120） and the control group（n=85）. The therapeutic group was treated by acupuncturing bazhen to baliao, and the control group was treated with Qianliekang capsule. Results The effective rate of the therapeutic group and the control group was 82.5% and 67.1% respectively. Conclusions Acupuncturing bazhen to baliao was better than qianliekang capsule in treating hyperplasia of prostate gland.
