克痹通正骨康喷剂治疗肩周炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis with Kebitong Zhenggukang Spray

目的观察克痹通正骨康喷剂治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法治疗组35例外用克痹通正骨康喷剂，对照组35例外用扶他林乳膏。结果治疗组35例中，痊愈29例、有效4例、无效2例，总有效率为94，27％对照组35例中，治愈19例、有效9例、无效7例，总有效率为80．0％。经统计学处理两组疗效有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论克痹通正骨康喷剂治疗肩周炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kebitong Zhenggukang Spray on scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 35 patients of therapeutic group were treated with Kebitong Zhenggukang Spray externally and 35 patients of reference group were treated with Diclofenac externally. Results of 35 cases in therapeutic group, 29 cases were cured, 4 cases were effective and 2 cases were inefficacy, with the total effective rate being 94.27%. While of 35 cases in reference group, 19 cases were cured, 9 cases were effective and 7 cases were inefficacy, with the total effective rate being 80.0%. There was statistic difference between the two groups. （P〈0.05） Conclusion Kebitong Zhenggukang Spray had outstanding effect in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis.
