摘要
目的探讨2种材料填塞鼻腔治疗鼻衄的疗效。方法总结2004年1月～2006年12月本院五官科使用2种材料填塞鼻腔治疗鼻衄的情况。抽取95例使用凡士林纱条来填塞鼻腔治疗鼻衄作为A组,并对应地抽取95例使用Mevocel高膨胀海绵来填塞鼻腔治疗鼻衄作为B组,综合观察疗效。结果2组病人止血效果、不适感(头痛、头晕、鼻部胀痛)、心理恐惧、取出后不易再出血等情况比较,经统计学分析,均p<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论使用Mevocel高膨胀海绵来填塞鼻腔治疗鼻衄,可减少病人并发症(头痛、头晕、鼻部胀痛、呼吸及吞咽困难、睡眠障碍)、心理恐惧感的发生,且止血效果好、快,取出后不易再出血。
Objective：To compare the effect of noselbleed by using two kinds of nasal cavity filling materials. Methods：From Jan 2004 to Dec 2006, 190 cases of nosebleed were divided into two groups：95 cases used the Vaseline oil gauze as A group; 95 cases used the Mevocel high inflation sponge as B group. Results：There were significant differences in the level of stop bleeding effect,discomfort （headache,dizziness,nose part swell to ache）,fear and relapse after taking out the material between two groups（p〈0.01）. Conclnsions：Treatment of nosebleed by filling the Nasal cavity with Mevoeel high inflation sponge is better in the following aspects： reducing the occurence of patient＇s complications（headache,dizziness,nose part swell to ache,breathing and swallowing difficulties, sleeping disorders）,lightening fear,better effect of stop bleeding and not easy to relapse ＂after taking out the filling material.
