摘要
结合我国高速客运专线建设的现状并分析我国项目后评价的研究现状,通过逻辑框架法(LFA)建立高速客运专线项目后评价体系,包括过程后评价、影响后评价、可持续性后评价和综合后评价四个部分,并介绍了各部分内容。
The paper analyzes the research status of post project evaluation, concerning the situation of high-speed passenger rail line in China. Through Logical Framework Approach (LFA), it puts forward the post-project evaluation system of high-speed passenger rail line projects in four parts, including process evaluation, evaluation of benefit and effect, evaluation of sustainability and comprehensive evaluation of the project ,and introduces four parts of contents.
