摘要
以2004年-2005年上海市政府对这些试点项目进行的实地回访和问卷调查为契机，对农民集中建房试点存在的不足进行了总结和探讨，指出农民集中建房单体设计中存在的问题，并针对农民生活习惯和生活方式，提出适宜的解决途径和设计策略。
On base of practical visitation and questionnaire investigation that Shanghai government made in 2004--2005 to these experimental program, it sums up and discusses the defaults in farmer＇s concentrated construct the building experiment, points out the problems in the single design of farmer＇s concentrated construct the building, and puts forward the applicable solving ways and design countermeasure to the living habits and styles of farmers.
