浅谈砌块建筑质量通病的防治

以混凝土小型空心砌块为例,对墙体开裂、渗漏、保温隔热不良、抗震效果不佳等常见的砌块建筑质量通病的产生原因进行了分析,并提出了详细的防治措施,以确保砌块建筑的正常使用性能。

Taken small-sized hollow concrete block as example reasons caused the common quality defects of block masonry buildings such as wall cracking, leakage, unfavorable thermal insulation perfomlance and earthquake resistant effect and so on are analyzed, at the ,same time corresponding prevention measures are protx^sed in order to ensure the normal service performance of block masonry buildings.
