摘要
采用多弧离子镀技术,以DZ-22合金为基材,制备了Co-Ni-Cr-Al-Ta-Si合金涂层。观察了合金涂层表面大颗粒的形貌,考察了大颗粒(液滴)的沉积对涂层组织的影响,讨论了大颗粒的成分及形成过程,揭示了大颗粒现象的一般规律,提出了合金涂层平均成分的表示方法。
Abstract In present work, CO Ni Cr Al Ta Si alloy coatings on the DZ 22 alloy substrates are deposited by Multi Arc Ion Plating, the status of macroparticles(microdroplets)on the surface of alloy coatings are observed, the effect of the macroparticles on morphology is investigated, the compositions and the forming of the macroparticles are discussed. An expression way to the average compositions of alloy coatings is proposed. The fundamental characteristics of macroparticles phemomena are revealed.
