摘要
世界范围内关于教师教育的理论研究和实践探索已达300年之久。中国的教师教育,也经历了经验化—随意化—专业化的过程。然而,教育理论与教学实践之间仍存在着严重的鸿沟。近年来,河北师范大学探索并施行了"3.5+0.5"的高师人才培养新模式。教师教育专业高年级学生进行半年的顶岗实习成效显著,是一个利国、利校、利生的创新工程,为教师教育在我国建设社会主义新农村形势下的发展提供了一个可借鉴的模式。
It is over 300 years since teacher education has become the talk for global educationalists. Chinese teacher education has experienced experientialism, arbitrariness, and professionalism, but the gaps lie in between theory and practice. The writers of this paper pinpoint the mode of 3.5 + 0.5 that is applied in Hebei Normal University, and provide with a new study of what is considered as the program good for nation, school and students themselves.
