摘要
以企业生命周期理论为理论依据,设计了以主成分分析为主要工具的企业绩效评价方法,在不同生命周期假设下,对国内医药行业的17家股份有限公司2005年企业绩效进行了实证研究。该评价方法从企业监管者和投资者角度动态评价处于不同生命周期的企业的绩效,并且给出对17个企业绩效评价的综合排序。
Based on life-cycle theory, an enterprise performance measurement tool was designed using principal components analysis. And 17 domestic medicine corporations were measured by this tool under the hypothesis of being under different stages of the life cycle. From the viewpoint of inspectors and investors, the tool dynamically evaluated the performance of the 17 enterprises and gave a holisfic sequencing.
