摘要
卫生保健服务的建设是和谐社区建设的重要方面。通过文献研究和对天津市社区的抽样调查数据分析,运用因子分析探索影响卫生保健服务的几方面因素,用主成分分析确定权重,最终建立社区卫生保健服务的综合评价模型。同时,通过聚类分析所得结果,分析了城市居民对社区卫生保健服务的满意度状况以及个人经济背景对满意度的影响。
Health care services is an important aspect of the harmonious community construction. Through literature research and sample survey data from Tianjin community, the method of factor analysis was used to explore influencing factors of health care services and the method of principal component analysis was adopted to decide the weight of the indices. Finally the community health care services index system and the comprehensive evaluation model was established. Through results from clustering analysis, it was analyzed the status of overall satisfaction on the various aspects of health care services and impact from personal income back- grotmd on the degree of satisfaction.
