摘要 设计了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的小巧、灵活、操作方便可靠的电动汽车数字化仪表系统。该系统采用了NI CompactRIO可编程嵌入式控制器、LabVIEW软件开发平台、LabVIEW RT实时操作系统和LabVIEW FPGA模块。系统包括电动汽车CAN总线数据采集信息显示系统和步进电机数字式仪表控制系统,可通过屏幕大信息量显示和直观指针指示的方式及时提供电动汽车运行情况。实验结果表明,系统达到了良好的控制要求。与传统基于单片机的仪表系统开发方式相比较,采用虚拟技术体现出较多的优点。 This paper design a compact, flexible, convenient and reliable digital instrument system. The system is based on the virtual instrument technique, NI CompactRIO programmable embedded controller, LabVIEW software platform, LabVIEW real-time system and LabVIEW FPGA model. It contains the CAN bus data acquisition and information display system and the digital stepper motor control system, and it can provide the operation of electric vehicle in time by the modes of displaying much information and indicating the position of instrument targets clearly. The experiment results show that the system has reached high control requirements. Compared with the traditional design method of using MCU, the application of virtual instruments technique has more advantages.
