玉米普×爆BC2S1家系的膨爆特性及其与穗粒性状的相关分析 被引量:1

Popping Characteristics of BC_2S_1 Lines Derived from A Normal Corn×Popcorn Cross and Their Relationships with Ear-kernel Characters

摘要 在春播和夏播两种环境条件下,对220个BC2S1普×爆家系的膨爆特性及其与穗粒性状进行了相关分析,结果表明:除爆花率外,其余膨爆性状均分离出较多优于爆裂亲本的家系;膨爆特性间呈极显著正相关,膨爆特性与穗粒性状间多呈极显著或不显著负相关;膨化体积对膨化倍数的直接正向作用最大,百粒重的直接负向作用最大,爆花率通过膨化体积对膨化倍数的间接作用为最大正效应,穗粒重通过百粒重对膨化倍数的间接作用为最大负效应。 The popping characteristics of 220 BC2S1 lines derived from a normal corn × popcorn cross were analyzed in two environments. The results showed that the popping characteristics of most lines were higher than those of the popcorn parent except popping rate. There were highly significant positive correlations between the popping characters, but the correlations between popping characters and ear-kernel characters were negative, significantly or not. Popping volume had the biggest positive direct effect on expansion fold, 100-kernel weight the biggest negative direct effect, popping rate the biggest indirect positive effect through popping volume, and ear-kernel weight the indirect negative effect through 100-kernel weight.
