摘要 HarpinEa是植物病原细菌Erwinia amylovora分泌的一种蛋白质类激发子,能激发烟草的过敏性反应。用30μg/mL的HarpinEa溶液注射到具有不同抗感能力的烟草品种中,测定不同品种的过氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活力,结果显示:不同抗感能力烟草品种的POD,PPO活力变化在时间上均存在一致性;抗病品种的POD和PPO活力高于感病品种。说明烟草体内的POD,PPO活力变化规律同烟草品种的抗感性在一定程度上呈正相关关系。 HarpinEa can excitated the hypersensitive response of tobacco leaves.30μg/mL HarpinEa of solution was injected into the tobacco varieties with different resistance to diseases,and their activities of Peroxidase(POD) and Polyphenol-oxidase(PPO) were measured.The result showed that the activity changes of POD and PPO were consistent in time for all the varieties,but the activities of POD and PPO were higher in resistant varieties than in susceptible ones.This indicated that there existed positive correlation between the change disciplinarian of POD and PPO and the disease resistence of tobacco varieties to a certain extent.
