辽宁省烟田土壤真菌初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Soil Fungi of Tobacco in Liaoning Province

对从辽宁省11个县区采集的267份烟田土壤进行分离,共鉴定出真菌20个属26个种。其中接合菌4属2种,有丝分裂孢子真菌16属24种。优势种群为:青霉属Penicillium、曲霉属As-pergillus、木霉属Trichoderma和镰孢霉属Fusarium,其数量分别占分离真菌总数量的31.87%,25.41%,17.43%和14.39%

In the study,26 species of 20 genera were isolated from the tobacco soil collected from 267 fields in 11 counties of Liaoning provinice. By morphological identification, 2 species from 4 genera belong to zygomyctes,and 24 species from 16 genera belong to mitosporic fungi. In these soils, the dominant species were Aspergillus, Penicillium, Trichoderma and Fusarium, acounting for 31.87%,25.41%,17.43% and 14.39% ,respectively.
