摘要
为解决卷烟厂烘丝工序和梗丝膨胀塔的蒸汽冷凝水回收利用问题,对锅炉供送除盐水的管道系统进行了改造。借助管道的逆向运行将换热站蓄水池中的蒸汽冷凝水回收到CO_2除气塔水箱中;通过除气塔和自制的室外密闭式表冷器对蒸汽冷凝水进行循环冷却;通过加装管道式过滤装置滤除蒸汽冷凝水中的悬浮物。结果表明,回收处理后的蒸汽冷凝水温由98℃降至30℃,悬浮物含量由20 mg/L降至3 mg/L以下。将回收处理后的蒸汽冷凝水按3:7的比例与软化水进行混合后回用,仅此一项,每年可少排放生产用水20000 m^3,具有较显著的经济效益和社会效益。
In order to reclaim the steam condensate in cut tobacco drying process and cut stem expansion tower, the pipeline supplying demineralized water to boiler was improved. The steam condensate in the reservoir of heat-exchange station was sent to the water tank of CO2 deaering tower and cooled by the deaering tower and an in-house manufactured closed type surface cooler, and the suspended particles in the steam condensate was filtered by a filter device added in the pipeline. The results showed that, the temperature of the treated steam condensate declined from 98℃ to 30℃, the content of suspended particles reduced from 20 mg/L to less than 3 mg/L. The condensate was reused together with softened water at the ratio of 3 : 7,which allowed the factory to reduce waste water by 20000 m^3 each year.
