为了提高工作效率、减轻劳动强度,设计了马钢固定式钢包钢渣清拆机无线遥控系统。无线遥控控制系统主要由无线控制器、无线接收器和PLC组成。控制器将按钮信号编码经调制后转换成电磁波信号发出,接收器将接收的电磁波信号滤波放大,经解码识别传送给PLC实现对被控目标的控制。采用远程遥控控制后,消除了以往由于视线不清、环境恶劣等因素造成的事故隐患,提高了工作效率,减轻了劳动强度。该文详细说明了系统的设计思路及设计方法。

Wireless remote control system for residue cleaner of ladle in Ma steel factory is designed to improve work efficiency and alleviate labor intensity. It mainly consists of wireless controller,wireless receiver and PLC. After modulation of press button signal by eontroller,electromagnetic wave signal is transmitted. Receiver amplifies and decodes the received electromagnetic wave signal to transfer to PLC for control. Accidents generated by vague sight and bad environment are avoided adopting wireless remote control system. The ideas and methods of the design are introduced in detail.
