摘要
[目的]研究在机体脱水时,视上核中Lipocalin-2蛋白质表达的变化。从蛋白组学的水平上阐述大细胞神经元在调节机体水盐平衡过程中的作用。[方法]采用动物实验,实验组正常饮食但剥夺饮水72h后,断头法处死动物,取视上核组织,用免疫印迹法检测Lipocalin-2蛋白。[结果]慢性脱水刺激后,实验组Lipocalin-2蛋白的表达上调,显著高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]Lipocalin-2蛋白在调节血浆水盐代谢平衡和心血管功能方面有着重要作用。
[Objective] To study the effects of water deprivation on expression of Lipoealin-2 in supraoptie nucleuses and elucidate the funetion of magnoeellular neurons in water-salt balanee at the proteomies level,[Methods] Used animal experiment. experimental group was deprived the normal water intake for 72h. All animals were sacrificed in 4h, and the supraoptie nucleuses were taken. Expressions of Lipoealin-2 were detected by Western blotting. [Results] Compared with the conlrol group, expressions of Lipoealin-2 in experimental group significantly increased (P 〈 0.05). [Conclusion] In chronic dehydration, Lipoeatin-2 may play an important role in serum watersalt balance regulation and eardiovascular dysfunction.
