滋肾益冲抗衰汤治疗卵巢早衰实验研究

Experimental Study on Premature Ovarian Failure Treated by Nourishing Kidney,Supplementing,Chong Meridian and Anti-age Decoction

目的:探讨滋肾益冲抗衰汤(ZSYCKS)对大鼠卵巢早衰模型的疗效及作用机制。方法:70只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、ZSYCKS低剂量、ZSYCKS中剂量组、ZSYCKS高剂量组、西药阳性对照组、中西药联用组各10只。通过观察动情周期变化,称量子宫、卵巢重量,观察子宫、卵巢组织形态学改变,内分泌检测卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)和雌二醇(E2),观察对血清生殖激素的影响。结果:ZSYCKS能缩短间情期、延长动情期时间,动情周期变化规则,增加阴道有核上皮细胞和角化上皮细胞,增加子宫重量,使子宫内膜厚度增厚、腺体和血管增多,能增加卵巢重量,卵巢的生长卵泡和成熟卵泡数增多,能增加血清E2的含量。结论:ZSYCKS对大鼠卵巢早衰模型有显著的治疗作用。作用机制为通过下丘脑—垂体—卵巢轴或其他途径调节卵巢的功能,雌激素样作用。

Objective ： To study the therapeutic effect and mechanisms Of ZSYCKS on rat model Of POF induccd by Hydrocortisone. Methods： Seventy Rats were randomly diVided into seven groups. The normal matched control group. The model matched Control group. The low concentratiOn Of ZSYCKS group. The medium concentration Of ZSYCKS group. The high concention of ZSYCKS group. The western medicine group. The integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine group. The Changes Of estrus cycle Of rats was diagnosed. Ovaries and uterus were isolated from the rats and weight. Histomorphological changes Of ovaries and uterus were examined under the light microscope. The levels Of follicle--stimulating hormone （ FSH）, 1 uteinizing hormone （LH） and estradiol （E2 ） ,in sera were measured. Results： The period of diestruS Of rats trcated With ZSYCKS became ShOnerthallthose OfnegatiVe contrOl while the periOd OfestrtLS was prOlOnged at the same time. The estrlis cycles became regular. The proponiOn Of keratinOCyte aild epithelial ceils in vagillal exfoliated ceils increased significantly in the treated rats. The weight Of uterus grow up. The endomcria became thicker,The size aild nLlmber Ofglallds and little blood vessels wereallgmented. The weightSOfovarieswere increased. Thenlimbers of growin galld mature fo 11 icles in ovaries increased Signihcantly. Conclusion：ZSYCKS could recover the partial ovariall funcriOn in POF rats aBd have therapcutic effect 013 POF induccd dy HydroconiSonle. The ZSYCKS could recover the func＂ on Of ovary through regulate the hypothalamus - pituitary - ovarian axis or Otherway directly effect Oiltheovary. Some herbal Of thiS reeipe Showed Similar effectOfeStrOgen.
