移动模架法施工大跨径混凝土箱梁水化热温度场研究 被引量:6

摘要 对于移动模架法施工大跨径箱梁的水化温度进行了现场监测,并利用有限元工具ANSYS对其温度场进行了模拟分析。借助于这两种手段考察了移动模架法施工大跨径混凝土箱梁温度和温度梯度的分布与发展规律,分析了温度裂缝容易发生的部位与时间,提出了进行移动模架法施工大跨径混凝土箱梁温控的合理建议。 Measurement of the hydration temperature of large span box girder constructed with movable scaffolding system was carried out in site to get the first-hand data.Finite element analysis was also made to get a overal knowledge of the distribution and develoment of both its temperature and temperature gradient over time.By these two means,a judgement about when and where the box girder risks cracks was made. Based on this analysis, we give some proper suggestion on how to control the hydration heat in large span box girder.
