摘要
对耐热混凝土原材料的选择,配合比的设计,轻骨料混凝土施工过程中的质量控制等方面作了探讨。证明用砖窑厂生产过程中废弃的过烧黏土砖,经破碎后充当骨料,配制耐热温度700℃以上的泵送混凝土是可行的。
Through choosing the raw materials of heat-resisting concrete,designing the mixture proportions,the quality control in the construction of lightweight aggregate concrete is drscussed.It was proved that the discarded overburnt chamotte in brickfield aider breaking and grinding can be used as aggregate of heat-resisting pumpconcrete with the resistant temperature above 700 ℃.
