摘要 针对国家体育场建筑耐久性设计要求,开展了耐久性混凝土试验及工程应用研究。在试验室内,在配合比研究基础上,选择6组不同配合比,进行氯离子渗透试验、碳化试验和平板抗裂试验,分析了各种配合比因素的影响。在工程现场,对浇筑成型后的实体结构混凝土氯离子含量、碱含量、碳化深度、表面渗透率、表面裂纹等指标进行了检测。经综合评估,国家体育场混凝土结构工程寿命可以达到100 a以上。 During the construction of National Stadium,the concrete durability was rescearched.To study the influence of components and matching-factors on the concrete, 6 representative concrete mixtures were prepared, and their performances such as penetration of chloride ion, quick carbonization, cracking of trial-plate, free shrinkage, restraint shrinkage, and so on, were respectively tested at lab.Also at site, the durabili- ty-relative tests of the concrete in structure were accomplished.At last,the lifetime of the concrete structure assessed no fewer than 100 years.
