摘要 叙述了减阻剂的减阻机理、影响因素、加药流程以及计算公式,结合在华池—悦乐和悦乐—阜城输油管道进行添加Liquid PowerTM减阻剂工艺试验,通过分析试验数据,对应用减阻剂的效果进行了评价,结果表明,减阻剂能够显著提高管道输送能力,在一定程度上降低了管道的运行压力和输油设备的负荷,并根据其地域特征,为减阻剂在陇东地区的应用提供了依据。 This paper describes the drag reduction mechanism, influence factor, agent injection process and calculation equations of drag reduction agent (DRA). Combined with the Liquid PowerTM drag reduction test in HuaYue and YueFu Oil Pipelines, an analysis to experimental data is made and drag reduction effectiveness is evaluated. Result shows that DRA can greatly increase pipeline transporting capability and lower operation pressure and load of transporting equipment to some extent, which lays a foundation for DRA's application in Longdong Regions.
