介绍了空心钢锭的清理生产规程和实际生产中存在的问题。内腔用树脂自硬砂代替水玻璃砂,大大缩短了整个脱模过程的时间,提高了工作效率,降低了职工的工作强度。
The production specification of cleaning process for hollow ingots and the available issues of actual production have been introduced. Using the self setting resin sand to clean the inner surface instead of sodium silicate sand can hugely shorten the time of whole demoulding course, improve work efficiency and decrease working strength.
