摘要
在体外对新生大鼠(0~1d)大脑皮层神经细胞进行原代培养的基础上,利用超氧阴离子(O2.-)自由基和H2O2损伤模型,研究红景天甙(Sal)对神经细胞自由基损伤的保护作用。通过检测乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放量和细胞存活率,以及形态学观察,证实红景天甙对大鼠皮层神经细胞的自由基损伤确有保护作用。
This experiment studied the protective effect of salidrosides against free radical damage to neuron by using superoxide(O 2 ) or H 2O 2 damage model of new born rat (0 1 day)primary cortical cell cultures. The results showed that salidrosides protected neuron from free radical damage by assaying Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) release and survial rate.
