红景天甙对培养大鼠皮层神经细胞O_2~ . ^-和H_2O_2损伤的保护作用

The protection of salidrosides against O 2 - or H 2O 2 damage to rat cortical cultures

在体外对新生大鼠（０～１ｄ）大脑皮层神经细胞进行原代培养的基础上，利用超氧阴离子（Ｏ２．－）自由基和Ｈ２Ｏ２损伤模型，研究红景天甙（Ｓａｌ）对神经细胞自由基损伤的保护作用。通过检测乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）释放量和细胞存活率，以及形态学观察，证实红景天甙对大鼠皮层神经细胞的自由基损伤确有保护作用。

This experiment studied the protective effect of salidrosides against free radical damage to neuron by using superoxide(O 2 ) or H 2O 2 damage model of new born rat (0 1 day)primary cortical cell cultures. The results showed that salidrosides protected neuron from free radical damage by assaying Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) release and survial rate.
