脑梗塞患者血浆β-内啡肽及强啡肽A_(1-13)含量的变化 被引量:24

The change of plasma β EP and DynA 1-13 in patients with cerebral infarction

摘要 应用放射免疫分析法对42例脑梗塞患者血浆β-EP、DynA1-13含量进行了测定。结果显示,脑梗塞急性期且梗塞灶体积大者血浆β-EP含量明显升高,DynA1-13含量显著降低(P<0.05)。脑梗塞病情程度越重,β-EP含量升高越明显,两者呈正相关(r=0.05)。提示内源性阿片肽在缺血性脑梗塞中具有重要作用,β-EP促进了脑损伤缺血性脑水肿的形成和发展,而DynA1-13对其可能具有保护作用。 The plasma levels of β EP and DynA 1-13 were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) in 42 patients with cerebral infarction in the acute and recover stage,compared with those of 20 normal controls.Results showed that the plasma β EP levels were significantly higher in the acute stage than those in normal controls( P<0.01),but the plasma DynA 1-13 levels decreased obviously.The concentration of plasma β EP was positively correlated with the severity of neurologic deficits (r=0.528,P<0.01) and the variation size of infarction.The results suggested that endogenous opioid peptides play an important role in the pathogenesis and final outcome of ischemic cerebral infarction and brain edema.β EP promotes ischemic cerebral edema and DynA 1-13 has probably protection to the ischemic cerebral damage.
