摘要
目的研究中国南海红树植物卵叶海桑的化学成分。方法用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和核磁共振氢谱、碳谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:20S,24R-环氧达玛烷-3β,25-二醇(ocotillol,1)、熊果酸(2)、白桦脂醇(3)、羽扇豆醇(4)、1β-羟基羽扇豆醇(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、谷甾-4-烯-3-酮(7)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1、5、7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and elucidate the structures of the chemical constituents from China mangrove plant Sonneratia ovata. Methods The compounds were separated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 chromatographies. The structures of isolated compounds were identified by analysis of their spectral data and physical chemical properties. Results Seven known compounds: ocotillol (1), ursolic acid (2), betulin (3), lupeol (4), 1β-hydroxy-lupeol (5),β-sitosterol (6) and sitosterol-4-en-3-one (7) were isolated. Conclusions All compounds above are isolated from Sonneratia ovata for the first time. Compounds 1, 5 and 7 are isolated from the Sonneratia for the first time.
