川芎中阿魏酸的提取纯化工艺 被引量:25

摘要 目的建立提取川芎中高纯度阿魏酸的方法。方法以阿魏酸为指标,用HPLC法对川芎中阿魏酸提取方法进行系统研究,以阿魏酸的洗脱率和精制度为考察指标,研究大孔树脂吸附法纯化川芎提取物的工艺条件及参数。结果用体积分数为95%的乙醇回流提取的阿魏酸获得较高提取效率,通过大孔树脂纯化后,阿魏酸洗脱率的质量分数达80%以上,体积分数为50%乙醇洗脱液总固物中阿魏酸的质量分数可达25%以上。结论采用此种提取及精制方法,可较好的提取纯化川芎中阿魏酸。 Objective To establish a extraction method of high purity ferulic acid in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. Methods Ferulic acid as marker was monitored by HPLC method to investigate the extraction method of ferulic acid in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. Results The optimum extraction composition was 95 % alcohol. After the purification of macroporous absorption resin, the elution efficiency of ferulic acid was up to 80 %, the amount of ferulic acid in total solidified extract was more than 25 % when 50 % ethanol was used as elution solvent. Conclusions This extraction and purification method of ferulic acid in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. can be applied to produce high purity ferulic acid, and the method is applicable in the industry production of ferulic acid.
