粘胶织物转移印花工艺研究

Study of the transfer printing process of viscose fabrics

分别使用壳聚糖、戊二醛和多元羧酸并复配聚乙二醇和聚乙烯乳液对粘胶织物进行改性预处理,然后采用商业用转移印花纸进行热转移印花,可以获得良好的转移印花效果.从相对染料转移率、耐洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、手感和成本方面综合考虑,以BTCA/CA、聚乙二醇和聚乙烯乳液复配使用的效果最优.

The viscose fabric was pre-modified with chitosan, glutaraldehyde, and polycarboxylic acid for-mulated with polyethylene glycol and polyethylene. Then the thermal transfer printing was practised with commercial transfer printing paper and good results were obtained. The best results were resulted by the combined use of BTCA/CA, polyethylene and PE emulsions on the viscose fabrics as considering comprehensively the rela-tive transferring ratio, washing fastness, rubbing fastness, handfeeling and cost factors.
