摘要
文章从产业结构演进的规律论述了渔业对于我国海岛经济发展的重要作用,分析指出生产发展空间受到挤压,渔港等渔业基础设施年久失修、严重老化,外源性污染带来渔业水域污染和资源衰退等是当前我国海岛渔业发展面临的主要问题,并结合社会主义新渔村建设中的渔业发展目标,针对存在的问题进一步提出了促进海岛渔业发展、建设新渔村的具体政策建议。
From the point on the rule of industry structure evolution, the paper discussed the important role of fishery in the development of island economy in our country. It also pointed out that the present main problems in the island fishery development, including the extrusion of production and developmental space, the aging of fishery infrastructure, the fishery waters pollution and resources declining by extraneous contamination. Combining with the fishery development targets in the process of new fishing-village construction, the lest part of the paper put forward some pertinent countermeasures based on existed problems.
