山东道地药材金银花HPLC指纹图谱研究

Study on HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of Shandong trueborn flos lonicerae

目的:研究山东道地药材金银花HPLC指纹图谱测定方法,建立山东金银花药材HPLC标准指纹图谱。方法:以绿原酸为对照,采用Venusil XBP-C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱,乙腈和0.4%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱;检测波长:238 nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1 ml/min。结果:获得19个共有指纹峰;同时标定了绿原酸、木犀草苷、芦丁、槲皮素、咖啡酸的位置。结论:该方法准确、重复性好,建立的指纹图谱检测标准,能更好地控制山东道地药材金银花的内在质量,可以作为山东金银花质量评价和品种鉴别的重要依据之一。

Objective： to study detecting methods with fingerprint chromatogram for the Shandong turebom flos lonicerae. Methods： with Chlorogenic acid as the reference substance, Venusil XBP-C18（5 μm,4.6 mm × 250 mm） is the chromatographic column, the mobile phase is CAN and 0.4 % H3PO4, the wavelength is 238 nm, the temprature is 30 ℃, and the flow rate is 1.00 ml/min. Results： it＇s obtained 19 peeks and worthwhile demarcated chlorogenic acid, Lutmlin-7- glu,rutin,quercetin and caffeinic. Conclusion： the method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used in quality evaluation and variety discrimination of flos lonicerae.
