摘要
目的建立同时测定三芎止痛膏中三七4种有效成分含量的方法。方法采用KromasilKR100-5C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈和水为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长203nm。结果4种成分均达到良好分离,在测定范围内线性良好,回收率均在98%～100%之间。结论所建立的含量测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于三芎止痛膏的质量监控。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of effective components in Radix Notoginseng in San Xiong Zhitong Ointment. Methods Kromasil KR100 -5 C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） and gradient elution were used. Solvent A was acetonitrile and solvent B was water. The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. Results The four components were isolated well. The linearity was fine with the recoveries of 98 % - 100 %. Conclusion The quantitative method for determining the ingredient of San Xiong Zhitong Ointment is simple, feasible and repeatable, and is beneficial for quality control of San Xiong Zhitong Ointment.
