论国家主权在当代国际社会中的新发展

Disscusion On the New Development of State Sovereignty in Modern International Society

随着全球化的不断深化和发展,国家主权问题正成为当代国际社会中论争激烈的一个重大问题之一。针对西方国家所宣扬的"国家主权过时论",分析其产生的时代背景及其实质,阐明了国家主权在当代国际环境下的新发展并提出了对其基本看法。

With the deepening and development of globalization, state sovereignty is becoming one of the most important issues that is causing sever conflicts all over the world. This article, based on concept that＂ state sovereignty is out of date＂ which is expressed by some authors in western countries, analyzes its era background and essence and clarifies the new development of state sovereignty in modern international environment and expressed my own opinion toward it.
