所谓"黄老治道",在本文中特指战国后期至秦汉时期黄老道家一改原始道家远离政治权力的方向,转而积极参与政治实践,从而在治国管理方面所体现出的理念与原则。从黄老道家的文本、历史典籍、"黄老"连称的名号和司马谈对黄老道家的评析这四个角度探求黄老道家的思想特点,并将其置于具体的治国实践中,考察"黄老治道"对当代我国政府管理创新所具有的启示意义。
