现代西方哲学的危机是第四次哲学危机,这次哲学危机与以往哲学危机的不同在于,它导致哲学可能面临着失去自身研究对象的危险。别尔嘉耶夫认为现代西方哲学的危机源于哲学斩断了自身的营养来源,哲学不能依托自身来营养,纯粹的逻辑推理和理论思辨,以及抽象的学说表达并不能解除危机;哲学也不能只靠科学来营养,依靠科学意味着丧失哲学的独立主体地位。只有使哲学重新从宗教中汲取营养,才能摆脱哲学危机。当然这并不意味着哲学丧失了自身的独立地位,哲学不是宗教信仰,不是神学,但也不是科学,哲学就是它自己。

The crisis of modern western philosophy is the fourth crisis of philosophy and different from the others in the past. It causes philosophy to face the danger of losing self - research object. Berdyaev prefers to believe the crisis of modern western philosophy derived from philosophy without the nutritional sources of itself. Philosophy can not be nourished by itself and only by science. Depending on science means losing the independent and principal status of philosophy. The only way to get rid of the crisis of philosophy is to absorb nutrition from religion again. Of course it doesn＇ t mean philosophy loses its independent status. Philosophy is not faith, theology or sciences but just itself.
