在法治的实现过程中,包含着相应价值上的诉求。而这些价值上的诉求,是法治得以实现的重要条件。同时也是衡量法治是否完成,以及采用法治调控社会的合理性的重要判断标准。而在法治诉求的价值序列中,自由是最重要的核心价值。可以说自由实现和维护的程度如何,是证明法治是否形成的重要标准。
