摘要 目的:探讨乳腺癌中CD146的表达及意义。方法:用免疫组化法检测浸润性乳腺癌和正常乳腺中的CD146蛋白表达。结果:CD146在乳腺癌细胞中的阳性表达率为19%(15/80),在正常导管上皮中为100%(10/10),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),CD146与Ki67的表达水平呈负相关,与腋窝淋巴结转移、ER、PR、C-erbB-2的表达无相关性。结论:CD146在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达明显低于正常导管上皮,其表达可能对癌细胞增殖起抑制作用。 Objective:To explore the relationship between the expression of CD146 and its biological behavior in invasive breast carcinoma. Methods:Immunohistoehemistry of S-P method was used to detect the expression of CD146 in 80 cases of invasive breast carcinoma and 10 cases of normal breast tissues. Results:The positive rates of CD146 expression in invasive breast carcinoma and normal breast d uctal epithelial were lB. 60/00 (15/80), 100% (10/10) respectively. Significant difference was observed in the expression of CD146 in them (P〈0. 001). Statistical analysis showed that the expression of CD146 was negatively associated with Ki67 (P〈0. 05),and not associated with ER.PR,C-erbB-2 and lymph node metastasis. Conclusions:In contrary to normal breast ductal epithelial,expression of CD146 is significantly reduced in invasive breast carcinoma,CD146 can surpress the tumor cell's proliferation,
