人工获膜脂质与龋病关系的研究 被引量:2

摘要 测定12名无龋及14名有龋儿童在无刺激条件下全唾液形成的人工获得性膜中蛋白质、脂质及磷脂含量,并测定脂质对获膜H+通透能力的影响。结果:无龋组及有龋组人工获膜中,蛋白质、脂质含量无明显差异,无龋组获膜磷脂含量显著低于有龋组。两组获膜均有阻碍H+通透作用,无龋组获膜阻碍H+通透的作用较大。非变性条件下使两组获膜脱脂后,它们阻碍H+通透的作用均明显下降。提示:获膜脂质可保护牙面,免受致龋酸的脱矿作用。此保护作用与其组份,尤其是其蛋白质、糖蛋白的作用有关。 In order to study the correlation be-tween caries in children and lipids, we determined the content of proteins, lipids and phospholipids in experiment pellicles formed by unstimulated whole saliva from 14 caries and 12 caries-free children, and measured the effect of lipids on retardation of lacti-cacid diffusion through various pellicles with Lucite-chamber. Our results showed that the contents of proteins and lipids in both groups were similar, but the pellicles formed by saliva from children with caries contained more phospholipids, both groups pellicles could retard the diffusion of lactic-acid,pellicles formed by saliva from caries-free children had more ability to retard than those children with,caries. Under non-denaturing conditions, the delipi-dation of the pellicle was performed. This caused re-duction in retardation in both groups. Our result suggests that the composition and content of experi-ment pellicle lipids are related with caries status of indivdual closely. Lipids in pellicles can protect the teeth against demineralization by cariogenic acid.The protection of pellicle lipids may be due to the compositional difference amongst the lipids and the extent of their interaction with protein and glyco-protein in constituents of pellicle.
