脑出血与脑梗塞红白细胞流变学的比较观察

COMPARATIVE OBSERVATION OF HEMORHEOLOGY OF ERYTHROCYTE AND LEUKOCYTE IN CEREBRAL HEM0RRHAGE AND CEREBRAL INFARCTION

以核孔滤筛法测定了脑梗塞（CI）和脑出血（CH）各50例患者的红、白细胞滤过指数（IF），发现Q组、CH组和对照组间红细胞的IF无显著性差异，而白细胞的IF则差异十分显著。这种变化在CH组比CI组更明显（P＜0．01），故认为这种改变与白细胞被活化有关，其结果造成患者微循环功能和脑组织的严重损伤，且在CH比CI更严重，在某种程度上可解释急性期CH的临床症状比CI严重，且死亡率高的原因。

Indices of filtration(IF) of erythro-cyte and leukocyte in cerebral hemorrhage(CH) and cerebral infarction(CI) (There were 50 cases in each group. ) were measured by using nuclepore filtration membrane method. There were no significant differ-ences in IF of erythrocyte between the two groups and control group, but they were very significant in IF of leukocyte among the three groups. The change of IF in leukocyte in CH was greater than that in CI (P <0. 01). The authors consider that the change may be related to leukocyte activated. It may result in serious lesion of microcirculation function and cerebral tissue. The lesion in CH may be more seri-ous than in CI. Perhaps it may be the partial cause that the clinical symptom is more serious and mor-tality is higher in CH than in CI.
