多功能自身输血器临床应用可行性研究

A CLINICAL ASSESSMENT OF MULTI-FUNCTIONAL AUTOTRANSFUSION DEVICE

应用自行研制的多功能自身输血器回收心脏直视手术后纵隔引流血，连续同步观察静脉血、纵隔引流血及输血器内血的RBC、WBC、PLT、Hb、HCT、FHb、FDP、Fibrinogen及Ⅷ因子的变化，并作细菌培养。结果显示：纵隔引流血无菌，经自身输血器滤过的血液符合血液回输的条件。

The multi-functional autotransfusion device was used to collect shed mediostinal blood following open-heart operations. We simultaneously measured some blood products, such as fibronogen,fibronogen-fibrin degradation products (FDP),hemotocrit (HCT), platelet count (PLT), plasma free hemoglobin (FHb), hemoglobin (Hb), Ⅷ fac-tor, erythrocyte count (RBC), leukocyte count (WBC), and bacteria culture of venous blood, shed mediostinal blood and blood by our device,s filtrat-ing-defoaming-filtriting function was made. The re-sult showed shed mediastinal blood is non-bacteri-um, the blood in our device meet the requirement of autotransfus ion.
