随着各种新技术的发展,人力资源管理信息系统出现了革命性的变革,它能够从人力资源管理的角度出发,用集中的数据库将所有与人力资源相关的数据,如薪资福利、招聘等个人信息和历史资料统一管理起来,形成集成的信息源、友好的用户界面、强有力的报表生成工具和分析工具,使得人力资源管理水平得到了本质性的提高。
With the development of new technologies, information system of human resource management has also undergone tremendous changes. From the human resource management point of view, centralized database are used to manage all data that are related to human resource, such as payroll and benefits, , enrollment information, and historical document, engendering centralized information source, friendly interface, efficient report generating and analyzing tool. Thus, human resource management has been substantially improved.
