Transcend the cold war ideology and construct the new harmonious order of Northeast Asian Region

当前,东北亚地区正处于冷战后的秩序重构时期。冷战时期的苏美对抗格局结束了,地区形势总体上趋向缓和,各国相互成为重要的经贸伙伴,但是,冷战思维和安全困境仍然存在,成为建立地区新秩序的重要障碍。超越冷战思维,确立平等信任、合作共赢的理念;深化经济合作,推动地区经济一体化进程;加强政治互信,建立安全对话与合作机制,建设一个和平稳定、发展繁荣的东北亚地区和谐秩序将是各国的理性选择。

Northeast Asian region is now in the order reconstruction period after Cold War. After the ending of Cold War confrontation between Russian and American, the tensional situation in the overall region got mitigated, and countries establish important economic partnership between each other. However, cold war i phght are still a problem, which impairs the establishment of new regional order. The new harmonious order aims to transcend the cold war ideology, establish the concept of equality and confidence, cooperation and mutual - benefit ; to enforce economic cooperation and speed the process of regional economic integrity; to enhance＇political confidence and establish security communication and cooperation mechanism; to set up a peaceful, stable, developing and prosperous Northeast Asia. Such a new harmonious order will be the ideal choice of each country.
