目的对比研究经颈内静脉穿刺置入的中心静脉导管的最佳固定方法,预防或减少导管因固定不当引起意外拔脱或其他并发症。方法回顾分析2004年6月-2007年8月的819例次颈内静脉穿刺置管的固定方法及效果。结果无创固定中粘贴法的导管意外滑脱率显著高于有创固定的缝合法,但同属无创固定的绕颈缚扎法比有创固定还牢靠,而且无相关并发症发生。结论绕颈缚扎法是固定颈内静脉导管的理想方法。

Objective To explore the best way of intraneck vein puncture tube fixing methods to prevent or lessen the complications of improper fixing. Methods Retrospectively analyze 819 cases time intra neck vein tube fixings between 2004.6 - 2007.8. Results The tube accidental slip rate of adhesion method in non - invasive fixing is obviously higher than that of seaming method of invasive fixing. But Around neck binding of non - invasive fixing is stronger than that of invasive fixing. Conclusion Around neck binding is ideal method for fixing intra neck vein tube.
